A Simple and Complete Network of Commercial HVAC Controls Delivers Control Without Hassles

With a Commercial Comfort System, you get patented Johnson Controls technology in a complete, factory-assembled package of HVAC equipment, controllers, sensors and terminal units.

Bypass Dampers

The complete HVAC damper assembly is factory-mounted and wired, factory-configured and includes:

  • Bypass damper
  • Direct digital controller (DDC)
  • M9104 actuator
  • Static pressure sensor
  • Control transformer (optional)

System Manager

The system manager requires no programming and controls up to 24 constant volume Single Packaged Units, 10 zone coordinators and 4 input/output modules. It self-configures the user interface based on information from the controllers connected to the network.

  • Color LCD Touch screen user interface
  • No field programming needed
  • Configured at the factory
  • Operates alone without support from a PC

Zone Coordinator

The factory-configured Zone Coordinator manages up to 24 changeover/bypass zones or 32 variable air volume boxes. It also:

  • Provides user interface for view/command/schedule
  • Communicates with System Manager via BACnet Master Slave/Token Passing (MS/TP) bus
  • Processes votes from zones to determine heating or cooling command to Single Packaged Unit for changeover/bypass
  • Includes an Ethernet (Internet Protocol) interface for remote monitoring (modem optional)
  • Offers an optional 7” diagonal color touch screen display
  • Backs up via USB memory stick

Zone Dampers

The factory-mounted/wired, and factory-configured Zone Damper assembly includes:

  • Direct digital controller (DDC)
  • M9104 actuator
  • Control transformer (optional)
  • BACnet Master-Slave/Token-Passing communication
