Raheja's Inorbit Mall, conceptualized by the world renowned UK based Chapman Taylor Partners, the mall is of universal class and appeal, seeks to provide a one-stop destination for fashion, lifestyle, food, and entertainment leading to an international shopping experience for families.

Raheja identified Inorbit Mall, one of the largest Mall in India, for Energy Efficiency program.
K Raheja Corp, had the foresight that the 360,000 sq.ft.(50,000 sq m) Inorbit Mall is full of shoppers and decided to cut the load on the energy bills.

Johnson Controls presented a detailed audit report and extended the changes.
